RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Radiology Support Specialist to join our team. We aim to innovate in radiology, making it a crucial first step in diagnosis and treatment. Join us and shine brighter together! As a Radiology Support Specialist, you will deliver exceptional client service to hospitals and radiologists, ensuring smooth workflow in our reading center. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, resolving issues, fulfilling requests, and managing database queries.

This is a full-time position working from 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM with rotating weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Deliver client satisfaction through effective resolution of calls
• Draft X-Rays and verify cross-sectional exams efficiently
• Remediate studies on the RSS exceptions work list
• Handle requests from radiologists, resolving issues via client contact or IT support
• Execute critical and super-stat requests effectively
• Focus on duties in a high-volume client service environment
• Use multiple information systems to verify diagnostic information
• Troubleshoot workflow gaps related to diagnostic info, patient orders, and physician resources
• Own issues until verified resolution
• Build rapport with clinical teams, including physicians
• Develop and act on process improvement ideas
• Act in accordance with the company's mission, vision, and values
• Adhere to the company's code of conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field
• One year of experience in healthcare or customer service
• Radiology certification is a plus
