Qualifications

• The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in radiology or healthcare facilities preferred, with familiarity in imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Manage scheduling, registration, and department reporting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflows.
• Maintain clerical operations and coordinate staffing coverage.
