Boston Medical Center (BMC) is looking for a Radiology Supervisor to provide technical and administrative leadership in the diagnostic radiology department. You will oversee the operation of imaging equipment, evaluate image quality, and guide staff in new techniques and procedures.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist and hold an ARRT certification. A full-time position offering a compensation range of $43.03 - $62.50 per hour is available.
Under the general supervision of the Chief Technologist of Operations and Radiology Administration Director, the Radiology Supervisor provides technical and administrative leadership to the department through interactions with staff, Chief Technologist and others as necessary. Reviews work schedules and assigns duties to workers to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals. Oversees staff in operation of imaging equipment. Evaluates accuracy and quality of images and provides technical assistance to staff. Demonstrates new techniques, equipment, and procedures to staff.
