Central Peninsula Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to lead the imaging team and elevate patient care.

The role combines administrative oversight with hands-on radiography, including scheduling, timekeeping, and providing back-up radiographer support. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT registration, and at least two years of imaging experience, plus CPR certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Minimum of two years Imaging - Radiography experience.
• Registered Technologist through ARRT is required.
• BLSP (CPR) through AHA within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff shifts within the Radiography modality.
• Manage timekeeping records.
• Coordinate relief for lunch breaks.
• Serve as a backup Radiographer when needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Imaging Services, the Radiology Supervisor provides both administrative and technical support to the Imaging Department. Responsibilities include scheduling staff shifts within the Radiography modality, managing timekeeping records, coordinating relief for lunch breaks, and serving as a backup Radiographer when needed. The Radiology Supervisor collaborates directly with the Imaging Services Director on quality assurance initiatives and assists with key user duties for imaging information systems. A positive customer service attitude is maintained in all aspects of the role, including conducting oneself professionally and courteously during all interactions. The Radiology Supervisor accepts personal responsibility for adhering to professional standards and carries out all duties in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
• A minimum of two (2) years of Imaging - Radiography experience
• Registered Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• BLSP (CPR) through the American Heart Association within 30 days of employment
