Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration and/or master’s degree in a health-related field preferred
• Senior Manager: typically 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or analytics
• Associate Principal: typically 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics
• 7+ years of leadership, consulting, or practice management in radiology-enabled settings
• Experience with radiology practice management and related financial/operational analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead significant components of complex client engagements, ensuring accurate, insightful, and actionable deliverables
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses across multiple data sources to generate evidence-based insights
• Facilitate strategic, sensitive discussions with stakeholders at all levels
• Anticipate and manage project risks, competing priorities, and organizational dynamics
• Lead or support change management efforts and help clients navigate ambiguity
• Coach, mentor, and develop talent; foster inclusive high-performing teams
• Present complex analyses clearly to senior leaders and executives
