Job summary

ECG Management Consultants seeks a Senior Manager or Associate Principal to lead major engagements across healthcare systems, radiology, and physician practices. You will guide strategy, governance, and performance improvement while developing client relationships and mentoring teams.

You will apply advanced analytics, drive executive dialogue, and contribute to business development in a hybrid work environment with national travel when required.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Senior Manager: 8+ years in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or analytics.
• Associate Principal: 10+ years in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics.
• Demonstrated radiology practice management expertise across governance, compensation, and analytics.
• Experience leading client engagements and driving implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex data to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant client engagements or major work streams with accountability for deliverables.
• Influence executive-level decision-making and client relationships.
• Coach, mentor and develop consultants across multiple levels.
• Contribute to business development and long-term client relationships.
• Design and oversee analytical models and methodologies to inform recommendations.
• Synthesize findings into high-impact, actionable insights for leadership.
