Job summary

ECG Management Consultants is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Principal to lead radiology engagements across health systems and academic medical centers. You will guide complex engagements, shape client strategy, and contribute to the firm's offerings and growth with senior stakeholders.

You will mentor teams, manage client relationships, and collaborate on proposals and strategic pursuits in a hybrid remote-work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration and/or master’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Senior Manager: typically 8+ years in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or analytics.
• Associate Principal: typically 10+ years in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant client engagements or critical work streams with radiology focus.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate evidence-based insights.
• Coach and develop consultants at multiple levels and contribute to business development.
• Present complex analyses to senior leaders and executives with clear recommendations.
• Lead or support change management and navigate ambiguity in client environments.
• Identify systemic challenges and apply structured problem solving to strategic issues.
