ECG Management Consultants is recruiting for a Senior Manager or Associate Principal to lead radiology-focused engagements and drive strategy across health systems. The position supports a hybrid work model with extended in-office commitments, and offers a base compensation in the upper six figures plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration and/or master’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Senior Manager: typically 8+ years in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or analytics.
• Associate Principal: typically 10+ years in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics.
• Recognized subject matter expertise in radiology practice management, including professional billing, revenue cycle operations, and benchmarking.
• Experience working within a radiology group practice or academic radiology department.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant components of complex client engagements, ensuring accurate, insightful, and actionable deliverables.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses across multiple data sources to generate evidence-based insights.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Anticipate and manage project risks and competing priorities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop talent at multiple levels through regular feedback.
