Job summary

ECG Management Consultants is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Principal to lead major radiology engagements, shape client strategy, and contribute to the firm’s offerings.

In this hybrid role, you will coach teams, drive analytics, and develop executive relationships while advancing market growth across ECG’s radiology practice.

Locations include Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, San Diego, and Washington, DC, with a minimum two days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• MBA or health-related master's preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or analytics experience (Senior Manager).
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics (Associate Principal).

Responsibilities

• Lead major client engagements or critical work streams within radiology practice.
• Influence executive-level decision-making and shape client strategy.
• Coach and develop consultants at multiple levels across engagements.
• Contribute to business development and long-term client relationships.
