Job summary
ECG Management Consultants is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Principal to lead imaging engagements across hospitals and health systems. You will guide client strategies, develop senior-level recommendations, and drive operational and financial improvements in radiology and imaging services.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business administration and/or master’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or analytics.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics for Associate Principal level.
Responsibilities
- Lead major client engagements or critical work streams in imaging and radiology.
- Design and oversee strategic analyses and problem-solving across engagements.
- Coach and develop consultants at multiple levels within imaging practice.
- Support business development and strengthen client relationships and market presence.
- Present executive-level recommendations clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Guide transformation initiatives and drive measurable improvements in imaging operations.
