Job summary

Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, CA seeks a dynamic Director of Radiology Services to lead the department, supervise staff, ensure patient safety, and uphold regulatory compliance across all imaging modalities.

Responsibilities include budget development and management, monitoring key performance indicators, coordinating with clinical teams, and guiding ongoing quality improvement initiatives; when needed, you may perform radiology technician duties.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA-accredited program.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiology or related field preferred.
• Current state CRT license, CDPH Fluoroscopy permit and ARRT-R certification.
• BLS (AHA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the radiology department.
• Develop and manage the department budget.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety across imaging services.
• Monitor departmental indicators and quality improvement activities.
• Perform radiology technician duties when needed.
