Job summary

Adventist Health Sierra Vista on the Central California Coast is seeking a Multi-Site Director of Diagnostic Imaging to provide leadership across sites in staffing, budgeting and operations.

You will guide imaging services including MRI, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and mammography, ensure regulatory compliance, recruit and coach staff, and align departmental goals with hospital strategy while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Seven years' diagnostic imaging experience: Required
• Five years' leadership experience: Required
• Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice: Required
• ARRT-R certification: Required
• Modality-based advanced certification: Preferred

Responsibilities

• Standardizes processes across the network where clinically/operationally relevant.
• Supervises imaging personnel: hiring, orientation, training, scheduling and evaluation.
• Manages staffing to meet productivity targets and clinical needs.
• Collaborates with leadership on strategic planning and department goals.
• Oversees modalities including MRI, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine and mammography.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains patient confidentiality.
