New York Imaging in Bohemia, NY is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to manage radiology scheduling, patient preparation, and documentation with strict HIPAA compliance. You will ensure accurate patient data and coordinate with radiologists and technologists to address scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in radiology scheduling.
• Breast imaging/procedure scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Ensure patient information is up to date and accurate; schedule and prep patients.
• Obtain valid authorizations and required documentation for add-on appointments.
• Collaborate with radiologists/technologists to address scheduling changes.
• Address inquiries from staff, departments, and MD offices while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
