Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare-related customer service and scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience with call center metrics preferred (answer time, handle time, queue metrics).

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage schedules across imaging modalities to maximize utilization and patient access.
• Schedule patients for all MRA service locations via outbound calls and referrals.
• Enter accurate system and diagnosis information when scheduling exams; maintain exam preparedness.
• Maintain proficiency in scheduling X-Ray, DEXA, Fluoroscopy, CAT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, and MRI.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and departmental goals.
• Greet patients, answer calls, and ensure smooth patient flow and routing.
• Collect patient demographics and insurance information for registrations.
• Explain financial requirements and collect co-pays when applicable.
• Coordinate with internal departments and referring offices for patient data.
