Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate multiple provider schedules for procedures and tests.
• Verify patient insurance and important documentation for scheduling.
• Communicate with patients and staff to ensure timely, accurate scheduling.
• Maintain and distribute reports and films as required by the department.
• Assist radiology and scheduling staff with system use and data entry in Meditech.
• Support registration and other clerical processes to optimize patient flow.
