Responsibilities

• Schedules/re-schedules patient appointments at the appropriate facility and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains designated account folder following departmental expectations.
• Communicates regularly with assigned referring offices and appropriate sales representatives.
• Ensures patients have been cleared for specific diagnostic tests.
• Collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information as needed.
• Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to customer populations and departmental services.
