Randstad USA in Boston, MA is seeking a Radiology Scheduler to join our central scheduling team. This entry-level role focuses on outbound calling to contact patients, review physician orders, and schedule imaging studies such as Mammography, CT, MRI, and X-Ray.

You will work 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 100% outbound contact model, aiming to reduce backlog and ensure timely appointments while maintaining HIPAA privacy standards. High School education required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1+ years in a call center or customer service setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology or EMR systems like Epic.

• Place 80-100+ outbound calls daily to schedule diagnostic imaging in accordance with physician orders.
• Accurately verify and update patient demographics, insurance, and referral information in scheduling protocols and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver empathetic, professional, and patient-centered customer service. Answer routine exam preparation questions and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Partner with team leads to manage daily case volume, track outreach outcomes, and ensure patient orders move forward efficiently.
