Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling and/or medical billing application preferred.
• Excellent dictation, communication skills, and telephone manner required.
• Good understanding of ICD coding preferred.
• Knowledge of medical insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and effective scheduling of patients for multiple offices and modalities.
• Demonstrate understanding of modalities offered at site location.
• Direct patient and referring physician contact in a professional manner.
• Work in a call center environment.
