Qualifications

• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a professional hello.
• Register patients and ensure accounts are up to date.
• Print CDs and verify exam details; assist with radiology scheduling.
• Answer phones and collect copays as applicable.
• Schedule same-day and advanced radiology appointments.
• Run reports and support Operations Manager and Radiology Director.
• Triage calls and coordinate with radiology staff.
