Job summary

Berkshire Medical Center is seeking a Cardiology/Radiology Services Coordinator to manage interventional scheduling across Radiology and Cardiology Cath modalities. The role includes data entry into MEDITECH, coordination with radiologists, cardiologists, PAs, nurses, techs, and providers, and providing patient-focused clerical support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of scheduling experience, an associate degree in secretarial studies (or equivalent) and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years scheduling experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with medical terminology and charting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise interventional scheduling across radiology and cardiology.
• Enter EP device information into MEDITECH and coordinate with clinicians.
• Provide clerical support and liaise with staff, physicians, and patients.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and manage daily workflow efficiently.
