Job summary

HealthPartners in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Radiology Ambulatory Reception Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient and visitor service as the first point of contact in Radiology. The role schedules radiology appointments, verifies insurance, and handles clerical tasks including patient record preparation, acting as a liaison among staff, patients, families, and care teams.

The position is per diem evenings and overnights, 0.8 FTE, with a salary range of $20.13–$30.19 per hour and eligible

Qualifications

• Require clerical, scheduling and/or customer service experience.
• Experience with scheduling radiology appointments preferred (CT, Ultrasound, DEXA, General Diagnostics).
• Epic EMR experience preferred; ambulatory care setting experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors as the first point of contact.
• Schedule radiology appointments and verify patient insurance.
• Maintain patient records and support staff with hospital protocols.
