Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with using computer systems and typing.
• Able to handle multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls.
• Preferred: One year customer service experience.
• Preferred: Medical terminology and previous clinical business office experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule patient examinations according to company policy.
• Ensure patient data is accurate and complete in information systems.
• Advise patients of financial responsibilities and preparation requirements.
• Coordinate with technologists for scheduling changes to maintain patient satisfaction.
