Talentify in the United States is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet and register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced radiology environment.

You will collaborate with back-office staff to ensure accurate documentation, protect patient information, and deliver compassionate, world-class service to patients and families, while upholding regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Medical terminology knowledge; radiology office experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collect co-pays and fees.
• Answer or transfer incoming phone calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide orientation for safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office to ensure timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications as per policy.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Interact diplomatically with patients and families in a clinical setting.
