Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet and register patients, verify insurance, collect payments, and coordinate with the care team in a fast-paced radiology setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a willingness to provide world-class customer service. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Pay range is $18.00–$22.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and documentation.
• Collect co-pays and fees, and log financial transactions accurately.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls; schedule and adjust appointments.
• Provide patient orientation for safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely care.
