The role emphasizes professional communication with patients and staff, safeguarding patient information, and providing top-tier service.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, solid computer skills, and experience in customer service, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Obtain or verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
