Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and ensure documentation is complete.
• Collect co-pays and fees; answer and transfer calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide patient orientation for preparatory and safety protocols; direct patients as needed.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to ensure timely patient care.
