Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process registrations and pre-registrations accurately.
• Answer patient questions regarding procedures and charges.
• Collect demographics, insurance information and payments.
• Explain rates and hospital policies for upfront collections.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Coordinate with clinics and departments to schedule services.
