Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, OH, seeks a Radiology Support Coordinator within the Radiology Administration team. You will ensure accurate image files and radiology reports, and manage the movement and storage of radiology records.

You will greet patients, complete necessary paperwork for testing, assist with pre-calling patients and respond to complaints. This per diem position offers variable shifts and opportunities to support Imaging Services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Previous clerical and healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering Imaging Services and process all necessary paperwork to ensure accurate testing information.
• Maintain accurate image files and radiology reports and manage the movement and storage of radiology records.
• Assist with pre-calling patients and respond to complaints.
