Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Radiology Support Coordinator in the Radiology Administration department at Toledo Hospital. You will maintain accurate image files and radiology reports, and manage movement and storage of radiology records.

In this per diem role with variable shifts, you will greet patients, process paperwork, verify information for testing, assist with pre-calling patients and respond to complaints. High School diploma required; clerical and healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous clerical and healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate image files and radiology reports and manage movement and storage of radiology records.
• Greet patients in Imaging Services and process all necessary paperwork, ensuring information is accurate for testing.
• Assist with pre-calling patients and respond to complaints.
