Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Toledo, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scheduler/Receptionist to support the radiology team.

You will schedule radiology testing, complete patient consent forms, and contact patients to confirm appointment times, under the supervision of the Lead Scheduler. Additional duties include gathering and organizing charts, assisting receptionists with clerical tasks, typing memos and letters, and occasional travel to other TTC radiology locations.

• Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Excellent organizational skills and patience.
• Consistently arrives at work, in professional attire, on time and completes all tasks within established time frame.
• Seeks appropriate tasks when primary tasks are completed and assists co-workers as needed.

• Adheres to clinic’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedules radiology testing.
• Completes consent forms with the patient.
• Contacts patients regarding appointment times.
• Gathers and organizes chart.
• Assist with receptionists with various clerical duties (phones, appointments, etc).
• Types correspondences, memos, and letters.
• May require occasional travel to other TTC radiology locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
