Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office and online medical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all study components (history, paperwork, images) are complete.
• Assign exams to the correct Radiologist worklist and provide paperwork.
• Liaise with Radiologists, physicians, technologists, and health staff.
• Multi-task across computer systems while answering calls and maintaining accuracy.
• Collaborate with hospitals and clinics to resolve problems.
• Support after-hours interventional clients, paging on-call Radiologists as needed.
• Document issues and notify IT, shift leads, and QC Manager when needed.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, clients, and Radiologists.
