Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, or administrative support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, meet deadlines, and exercise discretion when handling confidential information.
• Healthcare or academic medical center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion, track milestones and deliverables, monitor timelines and budgets, identify risks, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Submit and track large complex projects in Strata along with finances; manage monthly provider attestation forms, process invoices.
• Evaluate workflows, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, develop procedures, and support initiatives that enhance departmental operations and patient care.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations and reports, handle confidential correspondence, and coordinate daily administrative needs for Radiology leadership.
• Organize meetings and committees, prepare agendas, record and distribute minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, directors, and other stakeholders to support departmental initiatives, coordinate operational needs, and monitor compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain project trackers, spreadsheets, departmental records, and performance reports while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission.
• Coordinate purchasing requests, supplies, inventory, and other operational or administrative responsibilities as needed.
