Job summary

The Assistant Administrator Radiology at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY oversees day-to-day Moses Radiology operations, coordinating site managers, techs, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

Reporting to the Unified Department Administrator, you will manage budget development, financial performance, and initiatives in service excellence, safety, and staff development, with a focus on data analytics and lean methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Health Science or Healthcare Administration required.
• 4-6 years supervisory experience in an inpatient imaging service.
• NYS License in Radiologic Technology required and ARRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Moses campus including site managers, techs, and staff.
• Oversee budget development and financial performance with Director of Finance.
• Collaborate with QA, Imaging Leadership, Safety Office to ensure quality patient care.
• Develop and implement service-excellence initiatives with patient experience leader.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and ACR standards.
