Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field, or two years of related coursework; four years of related experience if no college coursework.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field preferred.
• Six or more years of job related experience including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Current registration in modality with ARRT/ARMRIT/ARDMS/NMTCB.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
• Ability to perform all technical operations of the assigned modality.
• Participate in Organization Performance Improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily departmental operations for efficiency and supervise assigned staff.
• Prioritize patient examinations and team needs based on hospital demand.
• Maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction in Radiology.
