Job summary

Advanced Radiology Consultants in Stratford, CT seeks an Office Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and resource planning in a diagnostic imaging office. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and emphasizes efficient patient flow and policy adherence.

The position requires leadership experience in healthcare, familiarity with radiology workflows, and the ability to monitor shifts on site.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of management principles and practices and strong business management skills.
• Experience in the radiology industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA, ACR, MQSA regulatory standards.
• Must have flexibility to monitor all shifts on site.

Responsibilities

• Develops and determines office procedures, assigns and schedules work, and expedites flow of patients.
• Directly supervise staff by leading recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, employee development, disciplinary actions, and evaluations.
• Assists staff in interpretation and implementation of orders to ensure referrals are carried out within policy.
• Manages radiology activities through coordination of resources to facilitate patient care and ensure services follow policies.
