Job summary

Real Radiology, LLC is seeking an Operations Director to drive operational excellence and cross-functional alignment across radiology services. You will support radiologists, physicians, technologists, customers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and strong collaboration to translate insights into practical improvements in efficiency, quality, and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare discipline is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 5 years of leadership experience, preferably within healthcare operations or a related service-focused environment.
• Radiology field experience preferred, with prior experience as a radiologic technologist strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end operational functions with a focus on consistency, accountability, and service excellence.
• Monitor, evaluate, and strengthen operational processes to support regulatory compliance, quality standards, and reliable execution.
• Maintain working knowledge of Radiology operations and modality-specific workflows.
• Protect patient information and operational confidentiality in line with HIPAA requirements.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to support informed decision-making and align priorities with company goals.
• Provide leadership to Operations Manager(s) and teams to ensure quality and productivity.
