Advanced Radiology Consultants is seeking a Client Liaison Associate to support radiologists, practice clients and marketing functions to maintain efficiency and reputation. You will monitor exams, coordinate client requests and assist with physician meetings and events.

The role requires administrative experience in healthcare, EMR knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. We offer a rewarding, collaborative environment in Fairfield County/ Stamford area.

• Experience with EMR and scheduling

Responsabilités

• Support radiologists, practice clients and marketing functions
• Monitor and resolve unread exam reports and callbacks
• Coordinate client requests and communications
• Assist with physician meetings and special events
• Create purchase orders and coordinate marketing events
• Handle physician complaints in coordination with Practice Liaison
• Serve as administrative assistant to Practice Liaison
• Perform clerical duties as needed
• Provide IT support liaison for basic IT requests
