• 5+ years of acute care RN experience in ED/OR/PACU or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory/lead experience.
• Experience with Radiology workflows and imaging throughput is a plus.
• Experience with Epic/EHR systems (Epic/Apex) and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across Radiology services in inpatient and ED settings.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff in assigned unit(s).
• Ensure quality, safety, and cost-effective patient care delivery; monitor throughput metrics.
