Job summary

You will collaborate with care teams, physicians, and support departments while driving performance improvement and cost-containment efforts. Strong supervision, communication, and policy knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum RN with leadership experience in acute/critical care and radiology.
  • Experience supervising staff and managing complex workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of patient care standards, regulations and policies.
  • Proven communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate department operations, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Serve as a resource to nursing staff on clinical issues and policy changes.
  • Inform staff of policy updates and regulatory changes.
  • Monitor radiology services utilization and efficiency.
  • Evaluate staff performance and participate in HR decisions.
  • Onboard and orient new employees to nursing duties.
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration across units.
  • Support performance improvement initiatives with leadership.
