Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum RN with leadership experience in acute/critical care and radiology.
- Experience supervising staff and managing complex workflows.
- Strong knowledge of patient care standards, regulations and policies.
- Proven communication skills for cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate department operations, scheduling, and compliance.
- Serve as a resource to nursing staff on clinical issues and policy changes.
- Inform staff of policy updates and regulatory changes.
- Monitor radiology services utilization and efficiency.
- Evaluate staff performance and participate in HR decisions.
- Onboard and orient new employees to nursing duties.
- Foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration across units.
- Support performance improvement initiatives with leadership.
