Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Radiology or health-related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience with budgeting and staff development.
• Current knowledge of radiology services regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Radiology Department operations.
• Develop and implement department policies, procedures, and QC measures.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and resolve operational issues.
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in handling radiologic materials.
• Prepare and review department reports and budgets.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and QAPI activities.
