The Director will oversee staffing, financial management, and governance for imaging operations, ensuring adherence to Joint Commission standards and safety protocols across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.
• 7+ years in a large, complex radiology department with multiple modalities.
• 3+ years of management experience at director level.
• Strong financial management and HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate imaging functions with system-wide leadership and strategic planning.
• Oversee quality assurance to ensure high patient care standards.
• Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Monitor fees and evaluate pricing to align with guidelines.
• Lead equipment service programs and capital planning for imaging.
• Manage maintenance agreements to control costs and ensure service levels.
• Handle HR responsibilities including hiring, development, performance reviews, and morale.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets within approved objectives.
• Ensure adherence to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct.
