Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school in Radiologic Technology.
• Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin and ARRT RT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months if required.
• Typically 5 years of radiologic experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff and students; orient new employees and provide day-to-day direction.
• Perform general diagnostic, fluoroscopy, and C-arm radiologic procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain clinical history.
• Ensure image quality, proper labeling, and billing codes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to support patient care.
