Description:Responsible for performing angiographic procedures.Work in an interventional vascular radiology suite.Handle peripheral angiography/venography with intervention, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid stenting, and neuro-intervention.Must monitor patients accurately during procedures.Set up and maintain equipment efficiently.Perform EKG lead placements and prep access sites.Recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.Ensure a sterile field is maintained during procedures.Handle vascular closure systems.Participate in infection control and ensure adherence to sterile technique.Floating to a sister facility may be required.Must be able to respond on-call with a 30-minute response time.Adhere to scheduling requirements including rotating weekends.Be open to discussing blocked schedule requests during the interview.Complete required documentation for licensure verification.Follow all safety protocols during patient care.Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining inventory.Champion patient care and support efforts in the radiology department.
