Description:The position involves working in an Interventional Radiology environment.There are two general IR suites, one spine IR room, and two neuro endovascular suites.Candidates must have scrub experience.Familiarity with Cerner EMR and PACS systems is preferred.Common procedures include GI/GJ tubes, ports, angiography, lumbar punctures, myelograms, nephrostomy tubes, stents, IVC filters, and blood patches.Neuro experience is a plus but not mandatory.Endovascular procedures, such as embolizations and stroke treatments, are part of the role.Sedation cases involve collaboration with registered nurses and medical doctors.Weekends may require some Saturday shifts.The hospital reserves the right to cancel up to four shifts during the assignment.No floating outside of Radiology is required.Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment focused on patient care and advanced medical procedures.
