Responsibilities

• Retrieve and create patients’ electronic folders and radiology jackets.
• Access reports and patient data via Novius, SMS, Epic and PACS systems.
• Print and package images for distribution to patients and outside physicians.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software to meet turnaround times for exams.
• Provide PACS web support and operating room support as needed.
