Adventist Health Clear Lake in Middletown, CA is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Manager to oversee daily operations of the imaging department, including patient services, staffing, scheduling, budgeting and equipment management. You will ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards while maintaining quality patient care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), ARRT certification, and several years of technologist and leadership experience.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of registered technologist experience; leadership experience preferred.
ARRT or ARRT MRI/CT/NMI certifications or equivalent nuclear medicine certification required.
Experience supervising staff, recruiting, hiring, and evaluating performance.

Mansioni

Coordinate all technical operations of the diagnostic imaging department and ensure timely patient processing.
Monitor RIS and PACS and protect patient privacy under HIPAA guidelines.
Supervise staff, manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews.
Develop and monitor department budgets, salaries, operation, and capital expenditures.
Evaluate new technologies and imaging protocols to improve productivity and patient care.
Perform other duties as assigned.
