Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, and provide information to medical center visitors.
• Answer inquiries related to room locations, events, attractions, and services.
• Maintain knowledge of visitor service details and stay organised.
• Support safety and security of the main lobby area and monitor critical areas.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and train new volunteers as needed.
• Protect patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
