RAYUS Radiology is hiring a Supervisor, Front Office to lead the front desk teams across locations. You will oversee patient check-in, scheduling, insurance verifications and throughput to ensure top-tier service.

In this full-time role, you will manage staffing, performance reviews, onboarding and process improvements while collaborating with clinicians to keep patient flow smooth and accurate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years in Customer Service.
• Five years in medical front office with coaching ability.
• Two years supervising direct reports.
• Advanced medical terminology and insurance knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients; process payments as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to Center Team Members.
• Coordinate with imaging staff and relay scanner status to patients.
• Maintain front office lobby, supplies and patient info sheets.
• Push patient imaging via electronic interfaces; confirm appointments.
• Fax/scan reports and insurance documents as requested.
• Arrange travel or accommodations for patients when needed.
• Enter orders and verify exam schedules; manage referrals.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-certifications.
• Oversee team scheduling, timecards and evaluations.
• Lead onboarding, training and QA processes for the team.
• Foster cross-department communication and update manuals.
• Lead special projects and recruitment as needed.
