Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Medical terminology knowledge and radiology office exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and complete docs.
• Collect and log all co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments; confirm and notify staff.
• Orient patients to prep and safety protocols; provide directions.
• Coordinate with back-office for timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient properties and Health Information.
• Protect medications on-site per policies and law.
• Maintain professional behavior with patients and staff.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Interact with patients, families, and public diplomatically.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
