Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments according to practice protocols and patient preference.
• Obtains accurate and complete patient demographic and insurance information.
• Processes requests for medical records per policies and procedures.
• Adheres to policy, procedures, and value statements.
• Demonstrates competence in using office equipment and answering calls professionally.
• Engages in improving patient satisfaction and service quality.
